Rockpool Villa can be rented at one time as either a 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom or 5 bedroom villa. If the villa is rented as a three or four bedroom villa, the other bedrooms are locked and will NOT be rented out to another party during that rental period.

Rental Conditions |  | 30% Deposit required upon booking by bank transfer (non refundable). | | 70% remaining rental payable 2 weeks in advance of check-in date by bank transfer. | | A security deposit of 10% of the total rental must be paid in advance to cover any damage to the villa. | | (The security deposit will be reimbursed after departure upon verification of the villa). | | Check in is at 4pm on day of arrival and check out is 12 noon on day of departure.
