| The 600 square meters of Tropical gardens are beautifully landscaped with natural vegetation and a large children's playground. |
| The villa can be rented as a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom accommodation, each with it's own private bathroom and large shower. |
| The villa is constructed in a "U" shape form around the 56 square meter pool (7 x 8m) with six person Jacuzzi and large sundeck equipped with sun loungers and tables. |
| The villa comprises of two buildings, the main building with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen. |
| The second building houses the two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. All rooms of the villa have direct access to the pool. |
| There is a separate maid's quarters with own bathroom which can also be made available if required. |
| Laundry area and storage facilities are situated at the back of the villa. |
| All rooms are fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans. |
| Staff are on site full time 6 days a week and a security guard is on patrol during the night. |
