| The villa comprises of two buildings, the main building with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen. |
| The second building houses the two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. All rooms of the villa have direct access to the pool |
| There is a separate maid's quarters with own bathroom which can also be made available if required |
| Laundry area and storage facilities are situated at the back of the villa |

| Staff are on site full time 6 days a week and a security guard is on patrol during the night. |
